CLC Releases State-Of-The-Art Loan Closing Technology

CLC releases new state-of-the-art "paperless" loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing technology. The new technology provides a full service online lending application for our borrowers and business partners. Borrowers can research mortgage and construction loan programs online, shop rates, review closing fees, apply, make payments for application/appraisals, and check loan status via our new, secure technology. This new technology generates electronic disclosures of the Good Faith Estimate and Truth-In-Lending Agreement, processes the borrower's personal credit report, and releases an automated underwriting approval on-the-spot in minutes! We are proud and excited to release our new technology to our borrower's and business partners as this will further expedite and streamline our entire loan process.
